The exhibition of one of the most famous artists of all time in the Museum of the City of Rijeka, in the newly opened Sugar Palace, reveals Gustav Klimt
in a duality in which we rarely have the opportunity to see him. The exhibition will present the early, neglected, and thus unknown to the public opus of this great European painter, and for the first time visitors will have the opportunity to see all nine paintings up close. Apart from Gustav Klimt, other paintings are the works of his brother Ernst Klimt and his colleague Franz Matsch. We’ve created a website, and a short documentary about the journey from restoration to exhibition will follow soon.
